Care
- Air between wears. Wool needs less frequent washing. Spot-clean small marks promptly with lukewarm water and natural soap or wool detergent.
- Machine wash on a wool cycle only. Use a temperature of up to 30°C / 86°F and wool-specific detergent. A spin speed of 400–500 rpm is recommended; do not exceed 800 rpm.
- Dry flat. Reshape while damp and keep away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not tumble dry.

Each hat is made to order. We make orders in the order they are received, with production taking 2–6 weeks depending on the design. Whenever possible, we finish sooner.
Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping time is additional to production time and varies by destination, starting once your order has been dispatched.
Parcel locker delivery is also available in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Returns
Standard-size items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including those made to order. Items must be unworn and unused, with their original labels and packaging.
