The Protection Cardigan – Long Patterned Wool Cardigan – Light Grey

The Protection Cardigan is a long women’s wool cardigan built around traditional pattern, symbolism and colour.

Its main body is knitted with a tone-on-tone eight-pointed star motif, giving the surface depth while keeping the pattern subtle and wearable. The upper section remains solid in colour and is separated from the patterned body with a distinctive knitted cord-fold detail.

Along the lower sleeves and body, a contrasting zigzag pattern adds a graphic accent. More than decoration, the zigzag is traditionally associated with magical protection.

Near the hem, a contrasting pattern inspired by Kihnu knitting creates the appearance of delicate knitted lace and brings another layer of Estonian pattern language into the design.

The story continues on the back, where the upper section is decorated with a Flower of Life. A high stand collar adds warmth and structure.

The cardigan is pre-washed for its finished look and feel.
